A. Pre-requisites:

• Any citizen of India, residing in NCT of Delhi having a sound mind is eligible for the membership of the Society.
• She/he must have completed age of 18.
• An introducer is needed to become member of the Society.

B. Documents to be submitted:

Note: Copy of all the below mentioned documents should be self-attested and original ones should be brought for verification purpose.

• He/she has to make an application on prescribed form provided free of cost at society’s registered office. Application form should be filled without any overwriting or cutting.
• Aadhar Card
• Passbook of Bank A/c as personal identity proof
• PAN card.
• Water or electricity bill as own residential proof.
• Service Identity Card or other documentary evidences of profession as business proof.
• Salary slip and No Objection Certificate from employer as income proof.
• Income Tax Return.
• Recent 3 self-photographs and 1 photo of the nominee.
• Introducer details need to be filled appropriately in the application form along with his signatures in the specified column.
• An affidavit of Rs.10/- from introducer, attested by Oath commissioner, on the format given along with the prescribed application form provided by the society.
